CG Building has begun a project with The Joseph Rowntree Foundation to undertake works at the Homestead in York. This beautiful Edwardian building is situated within the Homestead Park was originally built in 1904, and was later extended in the late 1970’s.  With a 14 week timescale, the team will be completely re-roofing the original house in Wienerberger New Country

This small works project in the suburb of York may be small in name, but not in nature. With works having commenced in February 2022, works are now completed to upgrade this property into a purposeful space for the homeowners.  Works included an extension to the front of the building incorporating new stone copings to the parapet and the installation
