This small works project in the suburb of York may be small in name, but not in nature. With works having commenced in February 2022, works are now completed to upgrade this property into a purposeful space for the homeowners. 

Works included an extension to the front of the building incorporating new stone copings to the parapet and the installation of three pyramidical lanterns as well as a green oak porch to the ground floor. 

New windows were fitted throughout, as well as an internal structural opening which creates access to the new utility and new Howdens kitchen.

With the entire property being re-rendered, this project has utilised small works to create a huge difference to the look and feel of the home.
