PRIVATE RESIDENTIAL RENOVATION, SCARBOROUGH

We delivered a full renovation and new garden room extension to a private coastal home in Scarborough. The ground floor was transformed into an open‑plan kitchen–living space, extended with a contemporary garden room featuring aluminium bi‑folding doors opening onto the garden, new rooflights for natural light, and a durable GRP roof covering.

The project included a complete new electrical and heating installation throughout the renovated areas, ensuring improved efficiency and modern performance.

Across the upper floors, bathrooms were reconfigured, rebuilt and upgraded with new layouts, high‑quality fixtures and modern finishes. The result is a brighter, more functional home with enhanced flow and consistency from top to bottom.
