Working alongside Kirkbymoorside based Chartered Architect Patrick Cuddy we were appointed to carry out extensive renovation works to a privately owned Farmhouse in Yedingham near Malton.

Finished to a high standard throughout, the refurbishment works included internal reconfigurations and alterations, re-roofing, new aluminium windows and decorations throughout. The new electrical, heating and plumbing systems included the installation of an air sourced heat pump, upgraded electrical mains connection and a new waste treatment plant along with associated external works and drainage.

We also demolished an existing extension and constructed a new rear single storey extension to provide extended entertaining and living space.
