External Envelope and Roof Replacement, Tickton, Beverley

CG Building & Restoration Ltd delivered a full external envelope upgrade to a contemporary home in Tickton, Beverley. Works included the removal of all existing timber cladding and roof coverings, followed by the installation of new Ecoscape composite cladding and a Greencoat PLX standing seam roof in Anthracite Grey.

New timber battens were installed and the roof overboarded to create a vented build‑up, and a bespoke timber box gutter was formed to conceal the eaves line guttering. Slatted and panel‑board cladding was applied across different elevations to create a clean, modern finish with consistent detailing.

The project also included new external lighting, reinstated services, a new gravel footpath, and replacement gravel boards. All works were completed under full scaffolding with careful sequencing to ensure safety, quality and minimal disruption.
