CG Building was awarded the job of transforming this beautiful cottage for a Private Client in the quaint village of Bulmer, York, North Yorkshire.

Works included a full internal and external refurbishment. Reconfiguration of bedrooms on the first floor to create a large en-suite master bedroom and new family bathroom. Downstairs the demolition of an existing conservatory has made the way for a new snug come garden room allowing the Client to enjoy undisturbed views of the cottage’s extensive gardens.

To the side of the property, an existing lean-to extension has been converted to include a new ground-floor bedroom/office with a bathroom. The house has also had a full new re-wire as well as new plumbing and heating throughout.
