Flowerdale Court, Seamer – Construction of New Bungalows

CG Building & Restoration Ltd were appointed by Flowerdale Fund Homes to construct two new sets of bungalows as part of the expansion of their existing residential site at Flowerdale Court in Seamer, near Scarborough. The project delivered modern, well‑built homes designed to integrate seamlessly with the surrounding development while meeting the client’s requirements for quality, durability and long‑term performance.

The works involved forming new parking areas, upgrading drainage infrastructure, installing new foundations and structural elements, and constructing the bungalows using a combination of brick and blockwork, timber cladding and high‑performance roofing systems. Internally, each property was fitted with new partitions, timber windows and doors, mechanical and electrical systems, sanitaryware, finishes and decorations.

External works included new permeable paving, fencing and soft landscaping to complete the extension of the site and provide a cohesive, welcoming environment for future residents.

Delivered with careful coordination and a strong focus on workmanship, the Flowerdale Court project has successfully expanded the existing development and provided four high‑quality homes built to modern standards.
