Harrogate, glazed garden room extension

We transformed a traditional stone property in Harrogate with the demolition of an outdated garden room and the construction of a new contemporary glazed garden room. The modern powder‑coated aluminium fixed glazing, supplied by Festa, creates a striking architectural contrast — modern glazing meeting traditional stone — while flooding the home with natural light.

Inside, the ground floor was reconfigured to accommodate a new high‑quality kitchen, designed and installed by Studio Nest and fully overseen by our team. Works included upgraded electrics, new underfloor heating, and new radiators to improve comfort and efficiency throughout.

Externally, the scheme was completed with new porcelain paving to the patio, widened driveway and entrance, fresh gravel surfacing, and new stone steps to tie the landscaping together. New flooring and full internal redecoration brought the entire renovation together seamlessly.
