As an independent Health and Safety Advisor, Mike monitors our company’s health and safety adherence by carrying out regular audits and inspections of our building sites. 

He ensures all our personnel are trained, instructed and informed in all areas of health and safety, welfare and environmental issues.  Mike advises and trains our managers on relevant health and safety legislation and codes of practice, ensuring these are adhered to and best practice is observed. 

Mike leads in all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management as well as our quality processes and procedures.  He is a strong supporter of personal and professional development promoting a positive and proactive safety culture throughout the business.
