This small works project took place on a heritage, Grade II listed, mid 19th century two storey, residential property in the Headingley Conservation Area.
Working alongside Mass Architecture from York, this gritstone sandstone built property undertook a new steel and timber staircase leading to the second floor, with a new family bathroom, as well as a conversion of the attic to provide a new double bedroom and an additional bathroom.
Works included an overhaul of all timber sash windows and internal timber doors.
Once internal construction works were complete, extensive redecoration took place to provide a new look and feel to the transformed home.
The exterior of the property also underwent works, with patch pointing of external elevations, as well as a new external drive and landscaping works completed on the rear, to provide further access throughout the property.
